COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rsf Elektronik MS60.58 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Satomec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saftronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sandex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Satomec such as the KBM81N492 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AA1200 manufactured by Saftronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Saftronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7FU by Manufacturer Sandex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saftronics Brand GP1040201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as ATV28HD16N4U equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AP2M040BTCT made by Sanyo as well as the popular BMW25 original spares produced by Schneeberger Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FW2B118421S by Schrader and ATV28HD16N4U spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P10B10120HXSB6S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo. |
